The Cloverdale Experience Centre is a custom-built, community-focused space located on the future site of one of Cloverdale Mall’s final redevelopment phases. Built within one year, this 5,000+ sq. ft. steel-structured building features prefabricated GFRC panels and high-end interior finishes — including a detailed large-scale model of the full master plan. Designed to host community events, cultural programming, and public engagement sessions, it acts as both a landmark and the central hub of the redevelopment vision.
