As Chief Operating Officer of 3rilo, she drives the company’s vision, strategy, and growth — while ensuring every project is delivered with precision, discipline, and strategic intent.
Layal’s leadership is grounded in a deep command of every phase of the development lifecycle. She has led high-density residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through to occupancy — coordinating consultants, driving design resolution, managing budgets, and overcoming complex site challenges. Her ability to integrate design vision with build realities is a hallmark of her work, and a defining strength for 3rilo.

Her multilingual communication skills, cross-provincial experience, and ability to lead under pressure make her a dynamic and influential leader in urban development.
